



Daniel English is a Managing Partner and Founder of Legacy Investing, an investment firm focused on technology impacted real estate.
Legacy has completed >$3B in transactions in data centers, logistics assets, and life science buildings. Prior to co-founding Legacy Investing, Daniel was a tech start-up executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management.
Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

Jay Rappaport is a Managing Partner and Founder of Legacy Investing. Since 2003, Jay has transacted in over 16 million SF of real estate.
Prior to entering real estate, Jay spent 15 years as a senior executive of several Internet based companies. Jay began his Internet career at AOL where he negotiated all of AOL’s major transactions, including the acquisitions of Time Warner, Netscape and CompuServe. After the Time Warner merger, Jay served as COO of AOL. Jay was subsequently President of Vonage and then President and COO of AddThis (sold to Oracle).
Jay is a former advisor to the Washington Wizards NBA team and the Washington Capitals NHL team. Jay received his J.D. degree from UCLA Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Prior to joining Legacy Investing, Ashley served as a Director of Finance at Mill Creek Residential Trust, a leading multifamily developer with >$2B in assets, with responsibility for corporate-level planning activities, investor reporting, and cash management. Ashley joined Mill Creek shortly after its inception and was integral in designing and implementing processes that allowed the company to scale with growth and execute against strategic initiatives.
Ashley began her career in public accounting, and most recently was an Assurance manager at PwC, where she served large public institutions within the banking and financial services sector.
Graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in accounting, Ashley is a certified public accountant in the state of Virginia.
